Fota got rid of Max Moseley, but the one they need to get out is Bernie Ecclestone. Ecclestone did a great job of building F1 into the huge spectacle it is today but he's become fixated on keeping the billions flowing in.. F1 is becoming a TV experience and needs to keep it's live action roots.
The fansites dream of a return to the classsic racetracks in countries where the fans live and that's Bernie's area. I doubt even big sponsors like to see empty grandstands. Lets see places like Spa, countries like France and the USA back in F1.
I'm off to Goodwood next week where I can see and touch the cars and drivers for just 1/5th of the cost of a GP ticket.
